MCT Oil

A study by MicGill University in Montreal has now confirmed that medium-chain triglycerides are preferable to long-chain triglycerides. [1] These long-chain triglycerides are the main component of all other vegetable fats. Medium chain triglycerides can be especially good for your brain power.
